What we make
One studio, four kinds of record.
We photograph and film the things institutions can't run twice: the summit, the field visit, the whole team in one room. Photography, same-day reels and aftermovies, delivered organised.

Event video & aftermovies
Social reels cut on site the same day, closing films screened in plenary, and a highlights aftermovie for everyone who wasn't in the room.

Documentary photography & film
Field stories for programmes and reports: the people, places and results behind the work, photographed and filmed on location

Corporate headshots & staff portraits
Whole teams photographed in a day on one lighting setup, delivered named and ready for the website.
How we work
The pictures are the easy part.
Most institutional briefs fail somewhere other than the camera: in the handover, the naming, the week the assets were needed and weren't ready. That's the part we build around.

We work to your clock
The daily send, the closing plenary, the report due next month. Deliverables are planned against deadlines that already exist rather than a schedule that suits us.

Catalogued as we shoot
Material is filed by session, story or person while it's captured, not sorted afterwards, which is why assets can go out same-day and still be findable a year on.

Closed out properly
Every project ends with a delivery you can hand to someone else: named files, correct sizes, and a record of what was agreed and cleared.
Why we're built this way
Most of what a shoot is worth shows up after it.
Whether the file is named.
Whether the cut lands the day the newsletter goes out.
Whether anyone can find it next year.
We stayed boutique on purpose.
Small enough that the person you brief is the person on site, through the shoot, the edit, and the handover. Structured enough that the standard doesn't depend on who's holding the camera.
That second part is the harder one, and it's where most of our internal work goes.
